My name is Jerry Garcia and I am the owner of Avalon Roofing Services. My career began in the roofing industry in 1993. I began as a "grunt", which is a general worker. Slowly, but surely, I worked up from a "grunt" to a Journeyman Roofer, then a Supervisor, and finally an Estimator & project manager for Roofing Company worth millions. I've learned a lot in my nearly 30-year career. But I think the most important thing I've learned is this. A successful roofing company is more than just giving customers a nice roof. What I consider to be equally important is building the highest possible level of TRUST with the customer. It is important to let the customer know that they are our number one priority.
